I am also known for guiding clients to discover and cultivate their courage to shine and be seen in their full authenticity. In more recent years I’ve delved deep with clients helping them to break the patterns of generational trauma they’ve inherited. I firmly believe anyone who is earnest can get past their familial trauma and thrive. Additionally, I am a certified aromatherapist with a thriving essential oil business utilizing Wisdom of the Earth essences.

Friends have told me I am known for my sense of humor combined with warmth and my midwestern flair. You can often find me practicing yoga, hiking, spending time with friends, and taking walks on the beach. I love being a mom to my daughter Laura Marie and being a loving wife to my husband of over 29 years, Robert. I love art journaling, photography, and I’m a big foodie too!
