Important Product Ordering Information
You may call or email to place your order for essential oils/other products or to register for a class. Please check the site for pricing on classes and view/print out the pricelists (essential oils and other products; hydrosols) to find pricing for those products.
Please note that pricing is subject to change, so it is good to confirm your order total. If you email, you can request a confirmation before the order is filled.
When ordering essential oils, please be sure to:
Indicate the essence you want (specify variety or species if more than one of that type is ordered…for example, Eucalyptus, True or Eucalyptus, Lemon instead of just Eucalyptus).
Specify the size of bottle you would like to order. Not all essences come in all sizes; if there is not a price across from a size, then that essence does not come in that size. Common sizes are 5 ml (150 drops); 15 ml (450 drops) and 4 oz (120 ml). Some of the rarer (and more expensive essences) come in 1 ml or 2 ml sizes.
Verify the price for the size you would like.
Either call with your credit card information, or you can email it, if you wish. Some people send half of the information in one email, the rest in another. We have never had a problem with credit card information being provided in this way, but you should do what you feel comfortable with.
We need: The credit card number, the expiration date of the card, and your shipping address, cell, home or office phone number, and email address (to allow us to quickly contact you in the event that we have questions about your order), and the street number/PO Box number and the Zip Code of the BILLING ADDRESS for the card. If it is the same as your shipping address, there is no need to provide it again.
You may also pay by check if you verify the total order amount (including shipping) with me, and then send a check in that amount, payable to Wisdom of the Earth, to Audre Gutierrez, 11 W. Gutierrez - Box 3536, Santa Fe, NM 87506. We will fill and ship your order as soon as the check clears.
Ordering Tip: Print out this Order Form to organize your choices. This order form can either be faxed (call for number) or used for your reference when calling in or e-mailing an order.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, so please order carefully. We are happy to exchange or offer store credit for items returned in unopened/new condition.
And always… know that you can call with questions about any of my offerings. I am happy to answer questions or make suggestions for particular situations. If a situation is very complicated or serious, I may suggest that a consultation would be in order, as a simple recommendation may not be appropriate.
