Advanced Medicinal Aromatherapy Course: 5-day Retreat in Sedona, AZ (Level 1 Certification is a pre-requisite)

If you are called to deepen your connection to Mother Earth and be a more knowledgeable messenger for the Plant & Tree Kingdom, consider joining Barry, Cynthia and me for a life-changing five day retreat in the red rocks and ancient energy of Sedona, AZ. We explore the emotional and spiritual uses of medicinal grade essences, and you will have multiple opportunities to develop your hands-on application skills. On the academic side, you will learn about new and exotic essences virtually unknown to most in the US, and to sharpen your assessment and consulting skills to support developing suggestions for essential oils use. Experientially, as a group, we harvest plant/tree material from the Grand Canyon or Flagstaff areas, and then watch as it is distilled with a local distiller (one of our students).

We offer a balance of internal and external growth...so you will challenge many beliefs or assumptions about yourself, while discovering strengths and passions that will shape your future. Picture two powerful Medicine Wheel ceremonies -- one in the morning to greet the sun and learn about the energies of the four directions, and in the evening, a soul journey, where you will be wrapped in a buffalo robe, under the stars. Imagine yourself part of a private Native American teaching and drumming experience...these and other similar events have been a part of past retreats.

Each retreat is designed with the weather conditions in mind, as well as the composition of the student group. Level 1 Certification is a pre-requisite for this seminar. Included in the registration fee are healthy snacks and lunches each day, two dinners, and any expenses related to the day trips/ceremonial experiences.

$1,300 early registration (at least 4 weeks before the start of the retreat)

$1,400 regular registration
